This website presents PAPOA, its areas of work, design approach, visual references and selected concepts. Website content is provided for general information and project discussion.

2. Project enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, confirm availability or constitute a binding quotation. Project scope, fees, timing, responsibilities and deliverables are agreed separately in writing.

3. Visual references

Some images may be clearly identified as reference photography, inspiration or concept material rather than completed PAPOA work. Such material is used to communicate design direction and capabilities and should not be interpreted as a claim of authorship where stated otherwise.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, PAPOA website design, text, branding, original visualisations and original project material may not be reproduced, redistributed or used commercially without permission. Third-party images and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Accuracy

We aim to keep the website accurate and current, but specifications, services, availability and project information may change. Final project information is the information agreed directly with PAPOA for that specific project.

The website may link to external services and websites. PAPOA is not responsible for the availability, content or policies of third-party services.
