PAPOA is a small design and refit studio built to connect strong visual direction with real execution across yachts, homes and cars.

We do not need to own every workshop or trade. PAPOA develops the concept, visualisation and project direction, then brings in the right carpenters, upholsterers, installers and specialists for each job.
The result is a flexible studio that can stay small while delivering projects with a much larger scope.
